Whenever I give my Millennials talk, I try to couch most of the discussion as stories. I especially like to ask professors and other academic professionals to tell stories about their experiences in dealing with the new generation of students.

This NYT article has some of the best Mils stories I’ve yet heard. I can hardly wait to share some of them. My personal favorite has to be the student asking for advice on what kind of notebook to buy. Not “notebook computer” mind you; just plain old notebooks, spiral bound versus three-ring binder. Hilarious.

Oh, and here’s another couple of cute stories posted to prof blogs. If anyone ever comes across this kind of thing, don’t hesitate to e-mail me.
